KUA lanza calendario de conservación de energía 2018

Kissimmee, FL – Kissimmee Utility Authority ha lanzado su calendario de conservación de energía 2018, presentando las entradas ganadoras de su vigésimo cuarto concurso anual de arte estudiantil.
Los calendarios están disponibles sin cargo en el centro de servicio al cliente de KUA, ubicado en 1701 W. Carroll Street en Kissimmee.
Abierto a estudiantes del condado Osceola en jardín de infantes hasta quinto grado, el concurso utiliza obras de arte estudiantiles para promover la conservación de energía entre los estudiantes y sus familias. Este año, se recibieron un total de 1,934 entradas de 41 escuelas primarias del condado Osceola.
Un panel de jueces locales seleccionó 12 entradas, una para cada mes calendario, que se muestran en el calendario de pared a todo color.


KUA Releases 2018 Energy Conservation Calendar

Kissimmee, FL – Kissimmee Utility Authority has released its 2018 calendar of energy conservation, featuring the winning entries from its 24th annual student art contest.
The calendars are available free of charge at KUA’s customer service center, located at 1701 W. Carroll Street in Kissimmee.
Open to Osceola County students in kindergarten through fifth grade, the contest uses student artwork to promote energy conservation among students and their families. This year, a total of 1,934 entries were received from 41 Osceola County elementary schools.
A panel of local judges selected 12 entries – one for each calendar month – which are featured in the full-color wall calendar.

Poinciana Christian Preparatory – Zyon Hope Wynn, grade 4
Sunrise Elementary – Onixxjoe Barreto, grade 4; Belinda Cantres Hernandez, grade 5, Galilea Ali Negron, grade 5
Thacker Avenue Elementary – Caden Akers, grade 4

KUA’s annual calendar project has received 54 local, state and national public relations and design awards since its inception in 1995.
