City of St. Cloud salutes its military veterans for their service to country

St. Cloud, FL – One day before Veterans Day, City of St. Cloud employees were honored at the Civic Center for their prior U.S. military service and for their current status as Reservist/National Guardsman. Approximately 30 of the 55 prior-service/Reservist/National Guardsman City employees gathered Nov. 10 to enjoy the 2nd Annual Veterans Day Breakfast presented by the Human Resources Department staff. City Manager Joe Helfenberger was present to honor the veterans and thank them for serving their country and the St. Cloud community as well.

The City veterans honored are Daniel Bailey, Russell Ball, Jason Barrett, Harvey Bisson, James Boulton, Bernard Brosam, Claude Campbell, Andrew Carstensen, Craig Charrette, Thomas Clark, Mike Cortez, Matthew Crego, Jared Daniel, Larry Daniel, Julio del Rio, Ronald Dieterle, Chad Durham, Ben Ebert, Chris Fasnacht, Donald Ferris, Douglas Gassert, Pete Gauntlett, Karey Halbin, Neil Hamilton, David Herrington, Steve Jarvis, Kevin Kho, James Laurent, Ed Mateo, Ernie McDaniel, Chester Morris, Steve Nash, John Parsons, Jeffrey Raggi, Sandra Ramirez, James Reus, Edgardo Rivera-Calderon, Katrina Robles, Felix Rodriguez, Jovanne Rodriguez, Henry Ross, Zachary Schroeder, Michael Sims, Mike Smith, Brandon Snow, Scott Stoll, Bill Sturgeon, Kenneth Swainston, Alvin Thornton, Stephen Ubertaccio, David Vignola, Lawrence Wall, James Wirtz, Temple Wood, and Ashley Woodruff.

These employees now serve their community in several City of St. Cloud departments – City Manager’s Office, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Public Services, St. Cloud Fire Rescue, and St. Cloud Police.


Municipio de St. Cloud rinde homenaje a sus militares veteranos por su servicio

St. Cloud, FL – Un día antes del Día de los Veteranos, empleados del Municipio de St. Cloud fueron honrados en el Civic Center por su servicio militar previo y por su estatus actual como Reservista en la Guardia Nacional. Aproximadamente 30 de los 55 empleados municipales que han servido o están sirviendo como Reservista o en la Guardia Nacional, se reunieron el 10 de noviembre para el 2º Desayuno Anual del Día de los Veteranos. El evento fue presentado por el personal del Departamento de Recursos Humanos. El Administrador Municipal Joe Helfenberger estuvo presente para honrar a los veteranos y para darles las gracias por servir a su país y además a la comunidad de St. Cloud.
