KISSIMMEE – (Nov. 3, 2021) Osceola County Supervisor of Elections, Mary Jane Arrington, is holding an art contest open to all students grades kindergarten-12 in the county. All submitted art will be displayed at a Gallery Night on Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Elections Office located at 2509 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Kissimmee, FL 34744 from 3:30pm to 7pm. The Gallery Night is open to the public.
All attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite art pieces in each age group (grades k-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12). Supervisor Arrington would like to encourage the young artists, their families and other members of the community to attend in order to support the student artists and get a chance to practice voting.
The election winners in each age group will be announced at the end of the night. The top 6 pieces of art from each of the four age groups will be featured in the 2022-23 Elections Calendar.
