Kissimmee, FL – Heart of Florida United Way (HFUW) y Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County trabajaron en la instalación del primer Born Learning Trail de la region, el sábado 18 de junio, en el Mark Durbin Community Park en Lakeside.
El Born Learning Trail es una actividad de aprendizaje divertida y práctica para niños pequeños y sus familias. Ayuda a los padres, cuidadores y comunidades a crear oportunidades de participación de calidad para los niños pequeños (de cero a cinco años) cuando salen a pasear o visitan el patio de recreo local.
Aproximadamente 25 voluntarios pintaron y trabajaron en equipo para instalar 10 letreros de actividades en inglés y español, que incluyen un elemento pintado en la acera.
El Born Learning Trail, patrocinado por la Coalición de Aprendizaje Temprano del Condado Osceola, en asociación con la Ciudad de Kissimmee y la División de Aprendizaje Temprano de Florida, está oficialmente abierto. ¡Se anima a las familias a salir a saltar, saltar y saltar a través de este divertido giro en el aprendizaje!

Interactive Educational Trail for Young Families in Kissimmee

Kissimmee, FL – Heart of Florida United Way (HFUW) and Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County worked on the installation of the region’s first Born Learning Trail on Saturday, June 18 at Mark Durbin Community Park at Lakeside.
The Born Learning Trail is a fun, hands-on learning activity for young children and their families. It helps parents, caregivers, and communities create quality engagement opportunities for young children (ages zero to five) when out on a stroll or visiting the local playground. Approximately 25 volunteers painted, and worked as a team to install 10 activity signs in both English and Spanish, which include a painted element on the sidewalk.
The Born Learning Trail, sponsored by the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee and the Florida Division of Early Learning, is officially open. Families are encouraged to come out to hop, skip, and jump their way through this fun spin on learning!
