Couple arrested for battery at airbnb
Osceola County, FL – On February 2, 2026, shortly after 4:00 a.m., Osceola County deputies responded to an Airbnb property near Kissimmee, Florida, regarding an assault case. A 19-year-old woman reported to deputies that she had been assaulted by 24-year-old Violet Marie Lentz. The incident occurred inside a residence rented by 20-year-old Braden Eric Peters. The victim was assaulted by Violet Lentz during a physical altercation. Detectives determined that Braden Peters instigated the fight and posted it on social media with the intent of exploiting both women. Neither Peters nor Lentz exited the residence to speak with deputies about the incident when they arrived at the home to investigate. Detectives from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office completed their investigation after reviewing video footage and speaking with witnesses.
An arrest warrant was issued for Braden Peters (12/17/2005) for the misdemeanor offense of assault and for criminal conspiracy to commit assault. An arrest warrant was issued for Violet Marie Lentz (10/17/2001) for the misdemeanor offense of assault. Braden Peters was booked into the Broward County Jail. Violet Lentz surrendered herself at the Osceola County Jail on March 29, 2026, shortly before noon. She was released on a $1,000.00 bond this morning at 1:45 a.m.
