Se anima a todos los estudiantes y padres de Osceola a asistir al evento para conocer a los maestros de su escuela con el fin de prepararse para el año escolar 2026-2027 según el siguiente calendario:
- miércoles, 5 de agosto – Todas las escuelas superiores llevarán a cabo su evento para conocer a los maestros de 3:30 p.m. a 5:30 p.m. (incluyendo la Escuela de Artes del Condado Osceola de 6to-12mo grado)
- jueves, 6 de agosto – Todas las escuelas intermedias y K-8 llevarán a cabo su evento para conocer a los maestros de 3:30 p.m. a 5:30 p.m.
- viernes, 7 de agosto – Todas las escuelas elementales llevarán a cabo su evento para conocer a los maestros de 3:30 p.m. a 5:30 p.m.
Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de familiarizarse con sus maestros y el entorno del salón de clases antes del primer día de clase, lo que puede reducir la ansiedad y ayudar a que se sientan más cómodos y seguros. Este evento también ofrecerá a los padres la oportunidad de establecer una conexión personal con los maestros de sus hijos, lo que facilitará una mejor comunicación y colaboración durante todo el curso escolar. Comprender el enfoque de los maestros, sus expectativas y las políticas del salón proporcionará a los padres la información que necesitan para apoyar el aprendizaje de sus hijos.

Back-To-School Meet the Teacher Events for Osceola County Schools
All Osceola students and parents are encouraged to attend their school’s Meet the Teacher event in order to prepare for the 2026-2027 school year according to the following schedule:
- Wednesday, August 5 – All high schools will host Meet The Teacher from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (including The Osceola County School for the Arts Grades 6-12)
- Thursday, August 6 – All middle and K-8 schools will host Meet the Teacher from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Friday, August 7 – All elementary schools will host Meet the Teacher from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their teachers and classroom environments before the first day of school, which can reduce anxiety and help students feel more comfortable and confident. Meet the Teacher will also provide parents an opportunity to establish a personal connection with their child’s teachers, which can facilitate better communication and collaboration throughout the school year. Gaining an understanding of the teachers’ approach, expectations, and classroom policies will provide parents with the information they need to support their child’s learning.
