Kissimmee, FL – El Departamento de Policía de Kissimmee llevó a cabo un operativo que resultó en dos arrestos y la incautación de decenas de botellas de alcohol, luego de que los investigadores confirmaron que un establecimiento estaba vendiendo alcohol de manera ilegal.
Durante los últimos tres meses, la Unidad Táctica del Departamento de Policía de Kissimmee (TAC, por sus siglas en inglés) investigó denuncias por la venta ilegal de alcohol en Pa’ Pikar Lounge, ubicado en el 127 de Broadway, en Kissimmee. La investigación comenzó tras recibir múltiples reportes y quejas relacionadas con la venta ilegal de alcohol en el establecimiento.
Como resultado de la investigación, los agentes confirmaron que el alcohol se vendía ilegalmente, en violación de la ley del estado de Florida.
Con la asistencia del Equipo de Respuesta de Emergencia (ERT), la División de Patrullaje, la Unidad Forense y la División de Investigaciones Criminales (CID) del Departamento de Policía de Kissimmee, así como de agentes de la Oficina de Investigaciones de Narcóticos del Condado Osceola (ONIB), los detectives ejecutaron una orden de allanamiento legal en el negocio. Durante el operativo, el propietario del establecimiento y un empleado fueron detenidos el viernes 30 de enero de 2026 y enfrentan cargos por delitos graves relacionados con la venta ilegal de alcohol.

Cualquier persona con información relacionada con la venta ilegal de alcohol puede comunicarse con la División de Bebidas Alcohólicas y Tabaco de Florida (ABT, por sus siglas en inglés). La venta de alcohol está regulada tanto a nivel estatal como local, y el Departamento de Policía de Kissimmee continuará colaborando estrechamente con ABT, la agencia responsable de la concesión de licencias, la recaudación de impuestos y la aplicación de las leyes estatales sobre alcohol.

Operation leads to two arrests for illegal liquor sales
Kissimmee, FL – The Kissimmee Police Department conducted an operation that resulted in two arrests and the seizure of dozens of bottles of alcohol after investigators confirmed that an establishment was selling alcohol illegally.
Over the past three months, the Kissimmee Police Department Tactical Police Unit (TAC) investigated allegations of illegal alcohol sales at Pa’ Pikar Lounge located at 127 Broadway in Kissimmee. The investigation began after multiple tips and complaints were received regarding the unlawful sale of alcohol at the establishment.
Through investigative efforts, investigators confirmed that alcohol was being sold illegally in violation of Florida law.
With assistance from the Kissimmee Police Department Emergency Response Team (ERT), Patrol Division, Forensics Unit, Criminal Investigations Division (CID), and agents with the Osceola Narcotics Investigative Bureau (ONIB), detectives executed a lawful search warrant at the business. During the operation, the business owner and an employee were taken into custody on Friday, January 30, 2026, on felony charges related to unlawful alcohol sales.

Alcohol sales are regulated at both the state and local levels, and the Kissimmee Police Department will continue to work closely with ABT, which is responsible for licensing, taxation, and enforcement of Florida’s alcohol laws.
