Condado Osceola, FL – La Oficina del Sheriff del Condado Osceola fue notificada por el Centro Nacional de Menores Desaparecidos y Explotados (NCMEC) sobre una denuncia cibernética intensificada sobre un individuo que poseía material de abuso sexual infantil. Tras recibir la denuncia, los detectives de la unidad de Delitos por Internet contra Menores (ICAC) iniciaron de inmediato una investigación del incidente.
El 6 de febrero de 2026, los detectives de la unidad ICAC cumplieron una orden de registro residencial en una residencia ubicada en el parque de casas móviles Broadmoor, en Kissimmee, Florida, en relación con este incidente. Tras nuestra investigación, el sospechoso fue identificado como Billyjack Thibodeau.
Durante la investigación, los detectives localizaron varios dispositivos electrónicos pertenecientes a Thibodeau. Con base en la evidencia obtenida durante esta inspección, Thibodeau fue acusado de veinticinco cargos de posesión de foto/video de un acto sexual infantil y uso ilegal de un dispositivo de comunicación bidireccional. Thibodeau fue arrestado e ingresado en la Cárcel del Condado Osceola sin derecho a fianza. Esta investigación está en curso.

Possession of child sexual abuse material
Osceola County, FL – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an escalated Cyber Tip regarding an individual possessing child sexual abuse material. Upon receipt of the Cyber Tip, Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit immediately began an investigation into the incident.
On February 6th, 2026, Detectives with the ICAC unit served a residential search warrant at a residence
located in the Broadmoor mobile home park, located in Kissimmee, Florida, regarding this incident.
Through our examination, the suspect was identified as Billyjack Thibodeau. During the investigation, detectives located several electronics belonging to Thibodeau. Based on the evidence obtained during this inspection, Thibodeau was charged with (25) twenty-five counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. Thibodeau was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with zero bond. This is an ongoing investigation.
