Orlando, FL – Every Saturday at 10:00 a.m., Promenade at Sunset Walk, a popular entertainment district near Walt Disney World Resort, will offer a series of weekend wellness activities, including free classes in yoga, Pilates, strength training, Zumba, and more, designed to strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular health.
With a different class each week and a rotating schedule, participants can choose from relaxing stretches with Yoga with Alexis Mann, mindful Pilates sessions with Devspirations, high-energy workouts with Spicy Sarah, and much more. To keep fitness enthusiasts motivated, there will be live music, gift card giveaways, and fantastic discounts on food and drinks.
