Kissimmee, FL – El Dr. Schanoff unió fuerzas con el equipo de Recursos Humanos del Distrito Escolar del Condado Osceola y los administradores escolares para viajar a Puerto Rico para reclutar maestros certificados talentosos de la isla durante las vacaciones de primavera.
“El distrito escolar atravesó la isla para entrevistar a muchos educadores en Puerto Rico que estaban interesados en mudarse al Condado Osceola”, dijo el Dr. Schanoff.
De 100 maestros entrevistados que cumplen con los requisitos de certificación de Florida, 23 recibieron ofertas de empleo condicionales para maestros que se unirán a la familia SDOC en agosto. El Dr. Schanoff dijo: “La parte más emocionante es unir a un maestro con un grupo de estudiantes”.
Esta no será la última vez que visite Puerto Rico, hay planes para reclutar nuevamente maestros certificados de la isla.

Osceola County School District recruits certified teachers in Puerto Rico
Kissimmee, FL – Dr. Schanoff joined forces with the Osceola County School District Human Resources team and school administrators to travel to Puerto Rico to recruit talented certified teachers from the island during Spring Break.
“The school district moved across the Island to interview many educators in Puerto Rico who were interested in relocating to Osceola County” said Dr. Schanoff.
Out of 100 interviewed teachers who meet the Florida certification requirements, 23 received conditional offers of employment to qualified teachers who will join the SDOC family in August. Dr. Schanoff said: “The most exciting part is to match a teacher with a group of students.”
This will not be the last time to visit Puerto Rico, there are plans to recruit certified teachers from the island again.
