Kissimmee, FL – Osceola Chamber celebrará su 101ª Reunión Anual el 7 de febrero de 2026 en el Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. El tema del evento de este año es “La Cámara de Comercio de Osceola 101: Nuestra Próxima Era”. Al conmemorar un nuevo siglo de vida de la Cámara, miramos hacia un futuro brillante y prometedor juntos.
Cada año, en este evento, los asistentes esperan con interés saber quiénes serán los ganadores de sus principales premios, incluyendo el Premio a la Unidad Guillermo Hansen y el Premio al Servicio Linda Goodwin-Nichols. Osceola Chamber ya está aceptando solicitudes para ambos premios hasta el 5 de enero de 2026.
Para reconocer la importancia de los valores fundamentales de la Cámara de “Abrazar la herencia”, “Crear oportunidades” y “Construir unidad”, en enero de 2018, el entonces presidente Tim Finkenbinder anunció la creación de un premio para enfatizar estos valores, en particular “Construir unidad”. En 2024, el premio fue renombrado como “Premio a la Unidad Guillermo Hansen” en honor al primer ganador, Guillermo “Bill” Hansen, propietario y editor del periódico El Osceola Star. El Premio al Servicio Linda Goodwin-Nichols lleva el nombre de Linda Goodwin-Nichols de Goodwin Realty & Associates, dos veces presidenta de la Junta Directiva de Osceola Chamber y una figura destacada de la comunidad empresarial de Osceola durante más de 40 años. Nominations open for Osceola Chamber of Awards
Kissimmee, FL – The Osceola Chamber will hold its 101st Annual Meeting on February 7, 2026, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This year’s event theme is “Osceola Chamber 101: Our Next Era.” As we commemorate a new century of the Chamber’s existence, we look forward to a bright and promising future together.
Each year at this event, attendees eagerly anticipate learning who the recipients of their top awards will be, including the Guillermo Hansen Unity Award and the Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award. The Osceola Chamber is now accepting nominations for both awards until January 5, 2026.
To recognize the importance of the Chamber’s core values of “Embracing Heritage,” “Creating Opportunities,” and “Building Unity,” in January 2018, then-Chairman Tim Finkenbinder announced the creation of an award to emphasize these values, particularly “Building Unity.” In 2024, the award was renamed the “Guillermo Hansen Unity Award” in honor of the first recipient, Guillermo “Bill” Hansen, owner and publisher of El Osceola Star newspaper. Guillermo was a long-time Chamber member and also a community leader known for building bridges between the diverse populations of Osceola County.

The Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award is named after Linda Goodwin-Nichols of Goodwin Realty & Associates, a two-time Chair of the Osceola Chamber Board of Directors and a prominent figure in the Osceola business community for over 40 years. Throughout her career, Linda has embodied community involvement and selfless generosity, and this award honors an individual who will carry on her legacy. Nominees will receive an application to complete, and the winners will be selected by a panel of judges. The three finalists for each award will be announced prior to the 101st Osceola Chamber Annual Meeting, and the winners will be revealed at the event. In addition to these awards, the program will include the passing of the gavel from Tim Weishyer, 2025 Chair, to Rebekah Hurd, 2026 Chair, a recognition of the year’s accomplishments, and other notable honors.
