Los residentes de Kissimmee cuentan con una forma segura y conveniente de reducir la acumulación de documentos y preroteger su información personal. La Ciudad realizará Community Shred Day el sábado 25 de abril de 2026, ofreciendo trituración y reciclaje gratuitos de documentos en el lugar.
El evento tipo drive-thru se llevará a cabo de 9 a.m. a 1 p.m. en el Ayuntamiento de Kissimmee, ubicado en 101 Church St. Los residentes pueden traer hasta dos cajas de material de papel por vehículo. El personal recolectará los documentos mientras los participantes permanecen en sus autos. Solo se aceptarán materiales en papel; los archivadores, el metal y el plástico no podrán ser procesados. El servicio se ofrecerá por orden de llegada.

Drive-Thru, Drop Off, and Shred: Community Event
Kissimmee, FL – Do you have old bills, bank statements, or sensitive documents piling up at home? Kissimmee residents have a safe, convenient way to clear out clutter while protecting personal information. The City will host Community Shred Day on Saturday, April 25, 2026, offering free, on-site shredding and recycling.
The drive-thru event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kissimmee City Hall, 101 Church St. Residents can bring up to two boxes of paper materials per vehicle. Staff will collect documents while participants remain in their cars. Only paper items will be accepted, and binders, metal, and plastic materials cannot be processed. Service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
“Community Shred Day is an easy way for residents to protect their personal information while supporting a greener community,” said City Clerk Tameara Crespo. “We encourage everyone to take advantage of this free, convenient service.”
